Ian is based in London. He trained at Rose Bruford College of Speech and Drama graduating with
a First in Classic and Modern Theatre.
In a career spanning just over thirty years he has worked extensively in Television, Film, Radio,
Audio Drama, Commercial Voiceover and Video Games. This includes several musicals in the
West End and Theatre productions across the UK which include work at The Royal Shakespeare
Company, The Old Vic, The Theatre Royal Bath, Birmingham Rep, Liverpool Everyman, West
Yorkshire Playhouse and Hampstead Theatre.
TV & Film Credit highlights include: Dr Who, The Last Kingdom, Outlander, The Girl Before, The
Hollow Crown, Manhunt, The Dresser, Insomnia, The Long Shadow, Litvinenko, The Musketeers,
Britannia, Widow Clicquot, Mary Poppins Returns, Lady Macbeth, Moomins On The Riviera and
The Muppets…Again!
Ian has many Radio and Audio drama credits. Predominantly with BBC Radio4, Audible, and Big
finish across their extensive Dr Who series.
In the world of video games he can be heard in Crimson Desert, Warhammer DarkTide, Genshin
Impact, Solasta II, Dragon Quest VII: Reimagined, Squadron 42 and Battlefleet Gothic: Armada 2.
