Belsheber Rusape is an African voice actor based in Texas, Growing up with inspired by video games and cartoons, Bel got his start in voiceover in indie visual novels, eventually working his way up to anime, cartoons and video games. An Alumni at UNT with a Bachelor in Art Design and Studies, Bel works as a graphic designer and artist; if he’s not working in voiceover, he’s most definitely talent sleuthing, jogging, drawing, producing banners for other actors’ banners, be it social media or convention appearances.
